Melanie is a Leiths trained chef. Working predominantly in catering and as a cookery teacher.
Using seasonal and locally sourced food is part of her ethos.
She loves well prepared vegetables and using Scottish game in menus.

Flo has experience both front of house and in the kitchen. Working as a chef at Skibo Castle for two years allowed her to experience the true 'field to fork' fine dining.
She now loves the variety of different clients, venues and events that come with working in catering as well as the demand to meet the clients expectations.
